3072EM (oil 40 phr)
EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene Diene Rubber)
Mitsui EPT 3072EM is ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM) synthesized by Metallocene Catalyst.
This polymer is oil-extended EPDM with high Mooney viscosity, which is designed for excellent physical properties (ex. mechanical strength, dynamic fatigue resistance and
permanent set resistance) as well as extrude ability with high loading and injection mold ability.
This grade is suitable for extruded products including wind shield gaskets and door glass run channels,
and for molded products including anti-vibration rubber and packing when used independently or blended with other grade.
– High Mooney viscosity
– High ethylene content
– Heat and UV stable
– High green strength
– High load compounding is possible
– High mechanical strength, dynamic fatigue resistance and permanent set resistance
– High heat aging resistance
– Excellent extrude ability and mold ability
