Competitors as we know :
– Kanematsu Japan, sells “Ipposha” grades, Powder form anti tack.
– Hans Barbe Germany, sells “Promol” grades : Powder form anti tack.
– Ketlitz, Germany sells Anti tack NP97(Zn-Stearate dispersion): and Antitack BTO(Mg stearate dispersion)
– Rhein Chemie, Germany sells Rhenodif grades: Powder Form Antitack
– Monogen G, Emulsion with silicone
Why Notack Liquid ?
– Give Non Powder surface, Clean, Tranparent and Environmetally Friendly.
– Melting Point of Notack is about 100 °C and it compatible with Rubber compound so will give good “Building Tack”
(Rubber to Rubber adhesion during molding).
– While Powder form Antitack Melting Point is above 300 °C, because it is using, Talc, CaCo3, Bentonite and other
powder that we know the melting point is High while Notack is Emulsion of Salt of Fatty Acid, so the rubber
compound need to be milled again, so Powder type can not be used in Shoes Sole and Mechanical Goods Production.
– Tire Industry can use Powder Antitack since they milled again the Rubber compound, then transfer the
rubber compound to the “Liner” (cloth band) for tire building but if they use Notack or Zinc Stearate it will
be safer for the Building Tack properties.
– Because Zinc Stearate melting points is 130 °C, while the Curing temperature of Rubber is 150 °C – 160 °C,
so Zinc Stearate still used in Shoes Sole and Rubber Parts Industry where they can not using “Liner”.
